"Alright, don't. Honestly. Don't. I'm fine with that."Sinclair shrugged."I won't ask again."
Sinclair laughed aloud as Ally basically said that they wouldn't compliment him. That was how this whole thing started, them complimenting him- saying he was cute. He didn't bother to point this out, instead he just raised his hands innocently, as if to prove he were harmless. The move was really to prove he was unarmed, but since that wasn't applicable to the situation, he was using it more as a universal gesture.
"You're right. Of course you would not."Sinclair agreed, his voice coming out fairly serious in tone."I don't want you to, don't worry."
Sinclair's interest in them was dwindling a bit- he didn't want to be around them, just arguing, but he wasn't going to budge in his choice not to tell them more about himself. And yet, he wasn't entirely sure that he didn't find them interesting in a way. . . Regardless, it wasn't the greatest feeling in the world to be at his place of work while he wasn't working.
"Umm, I don't think this is going well,"Sinclair took a step backward to make his point,"So I think I might be better off going."

Ally looked down at her and Paige's plate. They were pretty much done eating at this point. She pulled money out of her pocket and handed it over to Sinclair. Judging by the way he greeted the other boy who walked in, he was probably off shift, but the fact he was still standing here meant he was still working. You can keep the change. There wouldn't be much change left, but he could keep it for his tip.
You know, if you'd just tell us what you could do, I'd be more then willing to tell you what I can do. Paige said, innocent smile still on her face. But I doubt you're going to give up that information, so forget it.

Sinclair's expression definitely fell when she handed him the money. He didn't want to have to deal with it, he had wanted to leave. And he didn't want any tip from her, either. So he simply wouldn't take it. He wouldn't force them to take it back and he didn't want to, either. A few extra dollars in the company's register would satisfy him and them both.
"Right, thank you,"Sinclair agreed, unable to completely hide the reluctance from his voice as he took the money and the black book with their receipt.
Before he turned and walked to the register, Paige distracted him. She was a persistent one, wasn't she? He grinned, his eyes glowing with amusement.
"Oh, come now. You can't really want to know that badly. It's nothing remarkable, you're not missing much."Sinclair shrugged, but he wasn't going to tell her. He just didn't want her to stress out about it, either.

Sensing that she had ticked Sinclair off, Ally gave him a big grin, just to irk him some more.
Paige forced the smile to stay put on her face. I don't actually care. You were the one who seemed so interested in what I can do. I was just saying the circumstances under which I'd tell. Ally was sliding out of the booth, an indication she was ready to go. Paige looked back at Sinclair. Anyways, if you're not going to jump at the offer, then I guess we'll be going.

"No, I'm good."Sinclair stated, then he turned on his heel to the register where he went through the necessary routine, putting all of the bills into the register as he had planned before whispering something to a waitress who was walking by the register. She smiled and nodded, leaving Sinclair to grin in return.
"Thanks,"Sin offered- he'd just told her he was going home, and that he'd see her on Saturday. With that handled, he glanced back toward the table where Paige and Ally had been. Even if they were still there, which he doubted, he wasn't going to stop. Once he'd offered a glance, he walked straight for the door, ready to call it a day.

-lol are we pretty much done here, or we gonna cause more drama?-
Ally and Paige both got up the moment Sinclair had left and headed for the door. Whatever. He was weird anyways. Ally whispered to Paige as the two girls headed towards the door.
As always, Ally reached their first, even without using her powers, and held the door open for her friend, a polite gesture that she felt everyone should still do, no matter who they were with.
Paige turned back around, without begin able to help herself and when he looked over, she gave him a cool, level look. The she turned away and walked out of the diner, with Ally letting the door shut behind them.
