personality;; Liana is playful and likes to have fun. She takes nothing seriously and just loves to play games. Even in intense battle she laughs and plays around. She has utter focus when she needs it. She can have her arm cut off and be slashed all around and she will still fight. Loyalty means nothing to her, she trusts no one. She is an expert strategist and can plot a battle out before you can introduce yourself. She will only fight a worthy opponent because battle is a game for her, and she loves games. With no regret or humanity she is a deadly foe and not someone you would want for your enemy.
history;; Born in New York city Liana grew up on the streets. She lived by steeling and using her powers. She would trap people and blind them or kill them while she took all there valuable items. She was notorious for this and the police never could catch her. She was taken in by a notorious assassin named Angelo Festrata. He had similar abilities (the manipulation of smoke) and trained her as an assassin. She was his best student and she trained for years with him. When she turned 15 she was introduced to the dark angel where she became the dark angels go to girl. She was ordered to kill her master by the dark angel to prove herself the greatest assassin in the world and to become the second in command for the dark angels association. She did this with ease, tossing him off a cliff into the seas, removing his skull for her first collection. She left his body with her mark, forever above his eye. She then went on to study more and by the time she was thirty she was one of the most feared criminals in the world.

Black Lightning
Liana can create lightning from anywhere on her body, but its pitch black and whom ever is hit with it will have a tattoo on there wrist until she takes it off. She usually doesn't leave the tattoo, thats just how she marks whom she kills. The black lighting has a very long range and has an energy force that when used to high enough levels can make nuclear waves and explosions. She also can manipulate and create darkness and shadows. Making monsters and illusions out of darkness or blinding an opponent for a short time is easy. She can let whom she chooses not be effected by the darkness but when she creates darkness she can not move. When she is simply controlling it she can. She can also turn into a black cat for an unlimited amount of time. She can become shadow and this allows her to fly and walk through solid objects.
