personality;; You’d expect that him being with Archangel, he’d be all rude and mysterious, but he’s quite the opposite. He’s the guy that’s always joking around and amusing himself. Since some of Archangel’s members keep to themselves, his happiness is sometimes irritating. He’s very laid back, but that’s partly because he knows his powers are linked to his emotions. If he gets too angry, depressed, or even too happy, he transforms. Wilder is also laid back because he doesn’t see the point in getting all worked up. Temper tantrums never solve anything. It takes a very special person and talent to send Wilder into a fury.
history;; Wilder was the youngest of three, and unlike most cases, where the youngest craves protection, Wilder was the child who never wanted to stay put. He wanted to go on an adventure and see the world.
His family did their fair share of traveling, but Wilder was never really satisfied. Mainly because his parents insisted on babying him and taking the safe city route tours, rather than trying new things like rock climbing or scuba diving.
However, everything changed when he was fifteen. That’s when his powers manifested. He can’t exactly recall anything that would have triggered it. All he knows is he went to bed one night, and when he woke up, he was a panther.
Naturally, he never told his parents, but he did tell his brothers. They seemed surprised by the fact he was a mutant, and to Wilder’s shock, they acted rather impressed.
Wilder had heard about Xavier’s Institute, and decided he’d head to Bayville. Not because he planned to join the X-Men, but because he knew many mutants would be living in the area, and he’d like to meet as many as possible.
Finally after he graduated high school, his parents let him go to Bayville on his own, though only his brother’s knew the real reason why he was taking off. He lived on his own in Bayville for a while, spending this time to test out his potential. It wasn’t too long before he was picked up by Archangel.
Wilder doesn’t believe in the cause of Archangel, and he’s only there because he sees it as the adventure he’s been craving for. He’s just not sure how he’s going to get out when he really needs to.

power(s);; Animal Shape shifting. He can shift on demand, but his powers are also linked to his emotions. Along with this, when he transforms, he gains any special abilities the animal might have. For example, if an animal can see in the dark, when he becomes that animal he can see in the dark, gracefulness, flight, etc…
