limitations;; Noel suffered no clear physical or mental limitations, although he might act weird at times due to his power fluctuating due to the fact that without his brother to keep his powers in check. Noel might speaks very strangely, and is such suspected that he might have Multiple Personality Disorder although it wasn't a confirm fact.
appearance;; Picture provided above, but since it wasn't coloured, I will still provide a brief description of him: His hair was a dirty blonde in colour, with eyes shone in a light of clear, emerald green. He wasn’t very tall but wasn’t very short anyway and could be considered as at average height (168cm). There is a bullet wound just under his ribcage from his father’s assassination attempt, which left a permanent visible scar. Unlike his older brother Leon who followed most of the fashion trends, Noel prefers simple shirts and jeans combinations as well as having a particular love for dark coloured clothing. He generally dislikes bright colours, but he extremely despises the colour bright red.
personality;; Although at first Noel might seemed to be cold, distant and anti-social, but once he regards you as a friend, he is actually a very nice person to have as an ally. Noel is always the calm and collected one no matter how dire the situation is, however, only he himself know how scared he would be as he give others the poker face. His extreme intensity in becoming an independent individual and his desire to keep his ever strengthening powers in check cause him to most of the times, shy away from most social gatherings. Of course, the fact that he wasn’t used to be in one was also a factor that was required to be considered. When no one is looking, he could sometimes be seen laying under a tree with a sketchbook in hand, smiling gently as he drew the moments with his brother he still hadn’t forget. In times of need, he was known to have thrown the mask of a coward, and give him his all. It was also known that he love to drown himself in his own dreams and past memories. Letting his past go seems not to be an option at this time.
history;; Twin brothers Noel and Leon, had always been hard to be separated even from the time they were toddlers, born to the coupe Alan and Theresa Sanders. They were contend with each other, and although Leon was obviously more socially acquainted throwing flowery words everyone’s ways, Noel was the calm and gentle one. The two twins rarely leave each others’ side, although there were arguments, but both could always find ways to rekindle their relationship. Their parents love them as much, but they were mostly put under their mother’s care as the father had to go to work almost everyday. After all, the man was the sole breadwinner of the family. However, unbeknownst to them all, it was the man's business that would ultimately bring doom to them all.
They live their lives just like any other children would, although things would change when it was discovered that their father and mother are ‘gifteds’, aka, mutants. With an almost certainty, the twins would grow up one day, realising that their powers would manifest too. Unfortunately for Noel, this didn't happen. Leon, however, found out his power was 'Power Dampening,' similar to the mutant Leech, who was born many many years ago that caused the crusade. Their parents found out quickly, and they would discuss on what to do with him. They feared that he would be used as a tool.
They were ones of those that knew the true, dark history that bred the relatively thin 'peace' that was prevalent at the time. However, this had also caused them to be blinded to another fact: Noel's power is also suppressed by his older brother. Instead of allowing the twins to be separated, Leon and Noel were always kept together, even until they were at their early teens, when disaster spills.
In reality, Alan is a successful businessman and investor in Sydney Australia. He is well known in his circle as a very attentive husband and father of two. He has connections and businesses in the States, Japan, China and the European Union. This made him quite famed as a shrewd and intelligent businessman, but was also despised by his competitors. There was one with so much hatred and envy that he decided to make him lose his most precious possessions forever. His two sons.
A mutant assassin was contracted to execute the plan...
Everything was a blur to Noel after the assassination. He didn't remember much, or even why he was alive. He only remembered that they were going shopping with their parents, when Leon suddenly pushed him away in force. And he could see red... red coming out from his older brother's back... The vile red flowers that filled his visions...
And there was a scream.
And there was nothing.
He was raised back to health shortly after the incident.
He didn’t speak much after that, refusing to socialize as he dwelled within himself. His dependence on Leon no longer existed as he went to visit his grave the day he was discharged from the hospital. He had decided to live for his dead brother’s sake, and let go the thought of committing suicide, and requested to further his studies. Alone. Although he didn’t say it out loud, there was a tint of anger within him that created a rift between him and his parents. Although he knew that he shouldn’t blame them, but he just couldn’t shake off the feeling that none of this would have happened if they did something to protect Leon…
It doesn't matter if he had died.

Reality Manipulation:
Noel has the ability to manipulate the very fabric of reality itself to a certain extent. However, he still didn't realise the full extent of his ability, and unconsciously limiting himself to a few tricks that he had developed since he left his parents and live alone. He call them 'Book' and 'Box'. He was inspired by comics that he had read when he was younger.
'Book'
Allows Noel to summon a big but weightless black leather bound tome. While using this version of his power, Noel can 'cast spells' that was recorded within his tome provided that the book does not leave his hand and he could only cast the spell that was on the page that was flipped open. For example, although Noel knows he got his 'The End of the World' spell, he must flipped to the correct page before he can use it. Doesn't need to press control alternate delete on the keyboard. (pun from Warcraft)
Note: I'm using spells from the Dungeons and Dragons game as a general guideline so I don't get overboard.
'Box'
The 'Box' ability allows Noel to keep all his things in a independent, dimensional pocket. Even now, he still couldn't fill it up, which made him one of the perfect transporters around. That was how he earned his upkeep when his short of money: He transport... stuff. He cannot keep sentient beings within his dimensional pocket, except himself. He can use it to perform multiple tricks with this.
affiliation;; Lone Mutant, although not for long. He can be easily 'persuaded' by either side to aid them. Until his loyalty is secured, beware his oblivious outlook of 'taking sides'.
