--- Lyra is a sweet little girl, though that’s not to say she isn’t very opinionated child. She stands up for what she believe in, and follows her heart, mostly because that’s what Lore taught her to do. She’s ever so loyal to him, and would believe anything he told her. She’s rather gullible at times, but she does know when something is impossible. She’s very outgoing, not shy at all, and loves to explore new places. She knows her eyes will only last so long before she’s stuck blind, and she wants to see all she can before that happens. Despite the hard times she’s had to face, she has an incredibly positive outlook on life.

--- Lyra was orphaned at a young age by her parents. They didn’t have the money to take care of her, so one day they simply didn’t come home from work. She hung onto the hope they would come back, but a few days past and they hadn’t. So, she wandered out onto the streets and promptly ran into Lore, quite literally. He had been happily daydreaming about what he was going to do with his most recent loot when they collided. Being a gentleman, he asked if she was okay and she simply broke down.
--- Having been where she had been, he took pity on her and took her in. He made sure she never had to steal or go hungry, even though he often did. This went on for two years. Eventually though, it became too difficult to get the money they needed. He had heard of Xavier’s, and knew that, as a mutant, he could stay there for free. As a result, he left. He would have taken her, but he didn’t have the money. She stays with someone who owes him and he sends her loot and money he gets. However, little does he know, she saved up the money to buy a plane ticket to join him in Bayville, and now she’s looking for the institute so she can stay with him.
