&& . basics // full name;; --- Verloren Devereux
nickname;; --- Lore
gender;; --- Male, of course
age;; --- Twenty, though he likes to think he looks younger
birthday;; --- August Sixteenth, a summer child
birthplace;; --- Cardiff, Wales, though he often speaks with an American accent rather than his natural Welsh accent
sexual orientation;; --- Bisexual
phobias;; --- Getting caught --- Being forgotten --- Seagulls
limitations;; --- His ego is a large one
appearance;; --- Hair Blonde, and longer than many in the front, it drapes over his eyes a bit if he wants it to, and sometimes when he doesn't want it to, but he likes it that way. --- Face His eyes are a blue-gray color, being slightly closer to blue than gray. They can be very expressive, though whether it's how he's actually feeling or not is hard to tell. His nose is small and refined, almost feminine but not quite. His ears are slightly big, but not too noticeably. His mouth is about average, though it often signals when he's lying more than any other part of him. His chin is a bit pointy, but the rest of his face is slightly rounded. --- Body His figure of quite slight, though don't let it fool you into thinking he's weak. He just isn't any sort of heavy-lifter or body builder. His shoulders aren't broad, but that's all the better for the types of things he does to make his living. His hands are small, but rough, his feet much the same. --- Clothing When he isn't working, otherwise known to some as stealing, he likes to wear bright clothes that make him stick out among the crowds. You'll often see him wearing gold and silver bracelets and necklaces with precious stones, all stuff he has stolen at some point in his life. One thing he refuses to deal with are earrings. He'll steal them, sure, but you'll never see them on him. He sells them instead. When he is working, he wears black or brown clothing, all tighter fitting, and only his lucky necklace, the first item he ever stole, stays on for jewellery, and that stays tucked under his shirt.
personality;; --- Flirtaeous If it's human, and it's gorgeous, he's going to try for it, whether it be guy or girl. He's got no preference, nor does he care to hide this fact. Unfortunately, just because he chases doesn't mean he doesn't up and leave just as fast. He doesn't think he has commitment issues, but, then again, he likes to think he's perfect, so there's no real surprise there. --- Egotistical Whether it's true or not, he'll brag about this and that, and make himself sound so much more impressive than he actually is. He could probably be described as vain too, if you felt like thinking about it. It doesn't take much to crush his ego to smithereens, though. Just catch him lying about something, though that alone can be difficult at times. --- Sly Being a self-proclaimed prince of thieves doesn't come without proving it to a few people, and he's got the wit and cunning to prove it to the world. He's small enough he can fit in loads of places, he's got the quick fingers to pick lock in double time, and he's got the acting down pat so good he could get a lead role in a play without trying. It never his eyes that show he's lying, either. Instead, it's the slightly sinister curve on his smile that most miss. --- Show-off Unfortunately, though he thinks he's amazing, he actually is, too. The praise he gets when he struts his stuff just continue to raise his ego, past the point of no return, and convinces him to keeping showing people how good he is.
history;; --- Lore's story is far from interesting, at least, the real one. He throws in excitement and adventure whenever he can, but not much of it has actually happened. He was born to two criminals, also thieves, who had ended up trying to steal the same object and fallen in love somewhere along the way. They tried to get decent jobs when they found out Lore's mother was expecting a child(him), but weren't able to. So, when he was born and for a few months before that, his dad stole what they needed to get by and that was that.
--- When he was older, about six, his mother wanted the exhilaration of stealing again. Unbeknown to his father, off she went, Lore in tow. She got caught, but Lore had been hiding at the time. He wandered out on the streets, lost and lonely, and stayed there. He learned to pickpocket quickly, and his first successful attempt got him his lucky necklace. He found he rarely failed after that, thus why he considers it lucky. As he got older, he began breaking into homes, stealing from stores, and so on, taking what he needed, or wanted, without caring about the consequences. He's been lucky enough to not get caught, because rather than be tempted past the point of no return, he turns back when it gets too close.
--- By age fifteen he had started calling himself the prince of thieves, and had most certainly begun flirting with most everyone he deemed gorgeous. Nothing much has changed since then, and he still has no idea where his father is, nor does he care. He came to the US of A for a new thrill and found himself in Bayville, deciding to settle here for a short while.
&& . mutants only // codename;; --- Not applicable
power(s);; --- Silvertongue If he speaks something, he can make it come true, though it more often happens as an illusion rather than reality. He's only been able to successful speak into being small things, like a packet of jellybeans. He often creates illusions through singing. He finds it more dramatic. However, simply speaking, as if he's describing something in a story, works just as well.
affiliation;; --- Well, he lives at Xavier's, but whether he's loyal or not is the real question...
